You might not be aware that in addition to being a motorsports advocate, I am also a real estate Broker Associate with Area North Realty, Inc. in Hayward, Wisconsin.
I’ve been involved in real estate my entire adult life – from property management, all the way up to earning my broker’s license. Even though I could start my own real estate business, I choose to park my license under the Area North Realty company, which has been around since 1979,
Although I specialize at residential properties in the greater Hayward area, I also show, sell and list properties almost anywhere in the NW region of Wisconsin. I also too extra training, geared for this market, and earned my Resort and Second Home Property Specialist designation.
Many folks I’ve met in the motorized sports circle have used me to find them just the right property in the Northwoods – it might be a vacation home intended to become a primary home after retirement, a primary home right from the start, or vacant land so they can build their dream cabin.
