Spooner, Wisconsin
On January 30th, 2025, our Northern Regional Trail Advisory Committee (NoRTAC) met at the Northwest Regional Planning Commission office in Spooner, Wisconsin. Seven counties got together to discuss snowmobile and ATV trails in their counties, and we brainstormed ideas for trail projects, among other tasks.
