So much misinformation is out there- so after I got my whip lights installed (thanks Gene and Drew!) I decided to reach out to both Nick Al-Moghrabi, our local DNR Conservation Warden, and the DNR Off-Road Vehicle Administrator, Lt. Jake Holsclaw, for the definitive answers – and both got back to me right away!
